Options:

​

​Non-Profit Organizations. 

• Organization is responsible for social media/flyer/poster promotion of event in their specific region/area. (no paid advertising)

• Organization is responsible (we'll work together) for securing an adequate location for event. (typically, a well-lit parking lot with enough room to accommodate a 53' trailer with 480sq ft of additional exterior space and access to 30-50amp power)

• Organization provides a minimum of 2 volunteers to assist with crowd maintenance.

• Organization receives 10% of all ticket sales from that location for the duration of event. 

• Estimated potential earnings: approximately $150-$250 based on 2024 season average donations.  

 

Community Power Exchange.

• No advertising required.

• Municipality provides event location and power to generate the haunted house theatre attraction. (53' Dry Van 30-50amp)

• Municipality receives 5% of all ticket sales from that location as reimbursement for power, or to designate to the project or organization of their choice.

• Community receives increased traffic to their location.

Business Power Exchange.

• No advertising required. 

• Business provides location and power to generate the haunted house theatre attraction. (53' Dry Van 30-50amp)

• Business receives 5% of all ticket sales from that location as reimbursement for power, or to designate to the project or organization of their choice.

• Business receives increased traffic to their location.

Vendors Welcome.

• We welcome any local vendors (example: food/drink) to capitalize from crowds this attraction may produce.

• Per host organization/community/business discretion.

Sponsored Events.​

• Company Appreciation. Holiday Parties. Proms. Birthdays. Community Celebrations. Fairs. 

• The Trailer of Terror haunted house theatre will provide the attraction & our cast to your community or special event to be utilized by patrons/guests FREE of CHARGE for a flat hourly rate (minimum 2 hours) plus mileage.

 

Inflatable Only.​

• 480 square foot inflatable maze.

• Includes delivery and set up.

• Available for rent outside of 2024 Haunt Season Performances.

• Without characters: $100/hr.

• With 2 Characters: $180/hr. Characters can vary from mild to scary--your choice.
